Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange only in the following cases:

  1. Damaged Product: If the product is delivered in a damaged condition.
  2. Wrong Product: If the product received does not match your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • A box opening video is mandatory. The video should clearly show the condition of the package upon delivery and the issue (damaged or incorrect product).

Process to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery via:
  2. Share the box opening video along with your order details.
  3. Once your claim is verified, we will process the exchange promptly.
  4. The exchanged product will be delivered within 10–15 days.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
